Bright and open creative work space for a graphic designer. Studio and garage addition to a 1960s house.
Town of Mount Royal, Montreal

A graphic designer with a young family wished to add new studio space to her house to focus on her craft. While the existing house was a sturdy, two-toned masonry building from the 1960s (typical of the Town of Mont Royal neighbourhood), our graphic designer client wanted the addition to her house to express graphic clarity and modernity. The resulting new wing to her house features 13-foot-high ceilings, and is awash from light from large windows, perfect to inspire creative work.
