Lia Maston has been our architect. She is also an actress, and a producer of shows related to, and not related to, architecture. Before Firma, she started co-started Microclimat, a company originally specialized in small-scale real estate development in Montreal. She speaks English, French, and Italian. Be sure to check out Lia’s entertainment work here. Karissa Carcano has been Firma’s most important draftsperson. She is cool, funny, from Puerto Rico, and a proud millennial. Firma’s buildings all come through the filter of her elegant hand. Morgan Doctor made our architectural drawings, renderings and surveys. And, Morgan is a star drummer. David Fink brought generational architectural wisdom from Munich to Firma and impressed everybody. Irene Lee is our excellent graphic designer & this website is blessed by her clarity.
